Josh, do you have days where you treat yourself? like the weekends or something.
I just remember (when I was eating good) I would go nuts on the weekends and stay strict during the week.

First I warmed up the kids class, 15 minutes of running and grappling drills. I did takedowns for an hour in the kids class, then warmed up the adults class, doing similar drills and running for 20 minutes.
After that it was takedowns for another 30 mins with guys all much bigger than me. Then sparred, doing five minute matches with one minute breaks in between for another hour and change.
After that I ate two all turkey home made chili dogs and a bunch of cauliflower.
I had one home made banana muffin for dessert.
YOU need to suck it my friend!
(also, you going to check out that bjj place or just talk about it like a huge fronter?)
Let's not front hugely.
It's not so bad. Also, the instructions tell you to take a multi-vitamin at night to make up the loss (which I have been doing). I actually eat pretty well, lots of lean protein, veggies, whole wheat, fruits, lots of water, I just wanted that little bit of extra help. I won't take it forever. I feel pretty good actually and I really enjoy my workouts as well.
I spoke with a friend of his on the same subject. I hope it happens.
I had an ex girlfriend who would 5 miles a day man I don't even like driving 5 miles a day. But I'll start today on my own little weight loss, I have a scale at work and i'll weigh myself and just kind of post on here to keep my motivation up.
I can't live without any form of sugar. I don't eat much of it anymore but it's still there.
