what is the best ps2 game ever made

I agree, as far as games made so far goes. But the game does get its share of haters on this board.

GTA3 is good. I wouldnt say BEST game. Theres a LOT of haters on the board but Metal Gear Solid 2 is my fav. Gameplay rules, story is fucked up.

I like ICO, and MGS2.

ICO defies description.

There is REZ, but that doesn't count.

I swear I'm the only person on these boards that thinks Rez is boring.

Well, the only PS2 game I give a damn about right now that I would consider buying the system for is Drum Mania.

My vote: Rez if ports are allowed, GTA3 if not.
