First part last. I've been all over the world too fuck stick. Americans have about the worst attitude when it comes to cuisine I've ever seen. No respect for the food or the cook.

You know what sucks? Seeing an american being all "Yeah, and I'll have that without onions. And the dessert, could you do that without the sauce?" at a french restaurant while everyone around them cringes and stares. And here you are supporting that exact thing. I'M PAYING YOU MONEY ASSHOLE, I'LL DAMN RIGHT HAVE IT MY WAY. Of course they'll make it the way you want, but you're missing the entire point. Eating out isn't supposed to be about convenience for you, it's about experiencing someone's interpretation of dishes. If they put onions in there, perhaps it's to add some sweetness to balance the flavor profile. You asking for the dish without them is fucking the whole thing up and making the line put out food they're not proud of. Yeah asshole, I'm proud of the food I make and the job I do.
