I don't really think that looks good, frankly. It's too photoshoppy. The animated sprite has a distractingly inconsistent light source, too.

Would be hot if it happens.

Frog, this project is even less of a 2% done than SFIV.

And what was done so far was done wrong and they need to do it again.

I'm just saying I don't think they really understand animation and sprite art.

The fucked up thing about gaming in 2008 is that nobody understands 1080p sprite art. :/

Super Sonic is the worst of the bunch.

I've already said it elsewhere, but yeah... So what if it's higher resolution? It's not going to look better than the original with that kind of art. Not interested.

Like most of these projects, it'll probably get abandoned. And if it doesn't get abandoned, Sega will shut it down. People really need to learn to keep quiet about projects like this until they're done.
