Not bad, wish I could find my Starcraft discs now so I could register my code.
What does registering do?
So if I find my old ass WCIII disc that's all beat up to hell I can register it and DL it?
Lets you download them, then play them without the discs. I'm doing that for my copies of WC3 and the Frozen Throne now... it'll be nice to ditch the discs.
Let me know when they get Diablo up on that.
Yeah, they need to get Diablo 2 up asap.
I've heard that you can register Diablo 2 keys right now, so I'd imagine it'll be up soon. It's probably not availble now since it's the only recent Blizzard game without an official no-CD patch.

Just means that unlike a bunch of other downloadable services, you can re-download and install your games as many times as you want, without having to jump through any hoops.

Try changing your email address to anything else you have access to.
I just downloaded Starcraft and Warcraft 3. Aside from a slightly different installation process, they're exactly the same as the disc versions. Which means that Warcraft 3 will work with the Steam overlay, which is AWESOME. I didn't expect the installer to ask for a CD key, but it's easily found on your Blizzard account page. Time to throw away some discs.
So I finally signed up for a gmail account because of this. Still doesn't work. :(
