Looking for Things To Do in Philly

Did you have a cheesesteak? Man I want to eat one of those before I die. Or while I'm dying. I don't know I can't decide which.

Everyone needs to get over the Pat's vs. Geno's bullshit and just go to Tony Luke's or Chinks.

Or if you're a real man you'll drive to the north east and go to Steve's Prince of Steaks.

We got cheesesteaks. Nowhere fancy or famous, just a generic pizza/cheesesteak place across the street from the prison.

That said, it was amazing, but in an odd way. The first bite was just okay, but each bite afterwards just got better and better and better. It's hard to explain, but it was fucking delicious.

I heard they put cheesewhiz on the real cheesesteaks.

hah, you were probably like 3 blocks from my place. I'm right around the corner from the Penitentiary.

Pat's is pretty fucking good, but yeah, it's mostly a tourist thing. Really Philly Cheesesteaks really are the best food anywhere, though.

And really, anywhere you get one is going to be better than any cheesesteak you'll ever have outside of city limits.

This is true, but remember what people in Philly call cheeze whiz is not what people in 90% of the country call cheese whiz (because apparently we're the only ones that read labels). It's not the shit in the aerosol can (that's EZ Cheez). It's Kraft-brand Cheez Whiz (a cousin of Velveeta).

It's old city and if you are a real ass it's olde city. I've never heard old town before in my life.

I have. There is a place called Old Town. Its not Olde City. I think its a section of Manayunk.

Well, that's is quite a bit out of the way if they were in the center city area. Really the only easy way to get there would be with a car. There would be no way to walk there.
