I stopped drinking soda all together and I don't miss it anymore. The Red meat I still eat. I had a nice steak tonight. I eat that stuff on a rare occasion anyway. The coffee ... yeah I haven't had any in awhile anyway, been too hot out. Water I drink A TON of. I am maintaining 200, but my muscle mass has been gaining recently. read: my stomach has gone down and the fat in my legs have slowly disappeared in its place is muscle tone.
