I ate yesterday:
2 servings of strawberry yougurt cheerios w/ 2% milk
1 pepperoni pizza (small)
1 banana (large)
24oz non-sweetened ice tea
1 can of bush baked beans
4 hot dogs
3 pieces of bread (toasted with butter spread and strawberry jam)
2 cups marshmallows
And then I did:
flat barbell benchpress 2x8
low incline barbell press 2x8
dips 2x8
wide grip chin ups 2x6
deadlifts 2x8
barbell rows 2x8
shrugs 1x10
Then because I had a good sweat going and felt like working out a bit more:
weighted incline crunches (25 pounds) 4x10
wide grip push ups on handles, feet elevated 4x8
Then I played videogames.
I've actually been pretty good this week. Lots of tuna salads with low fat dressing and veggie burritos with black beans instead of refried. I've had precisely one vitamin water, two black iced coffees and one glass of orange juice -- everything else has been water.
I have some people coming by tonight who are bringing beer. It's one thing to resist buying beer at the lq or a restaurant, but I'm going to have to cheat a little bit if it's free.
22oz Sapporo. I would rather be fat than sober when these are in my home. Double-up on baskuhball and biking tomorrow!
Sunday weigh-in time?
196 lbs. Lost five pounds in a week with minimal excercise. I think cutting out soda and eating breakfast were the biggest factors.

152, I lost one pound. Vacation messed me up a bit, I will do better this week for sure.
