I think triangle is better for cardio.

Circle's the most efficient shape you can get so definitely stay away from it.
I weigh more this week but I'm skinnier at the same time. I rule.
I"ll post something I found on my very own myspace from a year ago about my weight loss..
" 165 pounds
Yes, The title of this great adventure is 165 pounds. Like the Holy Grail, it is something of great value that I'll accquire. I'm currently sitting at a crazy 231! That being said, the only thing that I can use in my defense is 5 of that is solid cock. What can I say it's a beast."
and "Just a little intro for now don't feel like writing all that much shitty day and all I thought it ended with a good note I thought I lost 20 pounds but then I realized my penis was on the counter *Sigh* oh well maybe next week."
What I have discovered is I was fat a year ago too ;( it's sad.
*** EDIT *** I fail at punctuation as well. Also, I think I like my pee pee.
By the time June 1st came around, I was a little higher then my listed weight but I am down 7 pounds so far. I've been drinking a lot more water and have really cut down the portions. The third step is start getting some physical activity because right now its just walking all day at work and sex a few times a week.
I have gained actually 3 pounds(203 lbs), but I dropped another pant size(34). I also see a HUGE difference in my stomach (read: smaller belly). So, I think I will start to do sit ups or crunches, after I get home from work. Since, the cardio from the bike ride should help a ton.
Also: Which is better aka for people who have back problems ... crunches or sit ups?
How tall are you advocate? I weigh a little more then you but I can throw on a 34.
I don't really know, but when I'm vigilant about doing crunches my back never acts up. My old chiropractor said that the muscles were too weak to keep things in line otherwise, but he also turned out to be a quack so I don't know about that either! All I know is that it works.
I'm 5'8".
I've only done about 2 weeks of hardcore weight lifting on a regular basis and my legs are already way better. Last Wednesday's leg workout gave me massive pain overload until last Sunday. This pushed up a day for schedule reasons and I'm in much less pain.
I can't wait to get in to that banana hammock. I'll have to take the crotch out a little bit though. I always do.
Crunches. I'm no pro but I'm not sure sit-ups even work out your abs. It seems like more of a back thing when I do them. The only reason I do them is to help my core. I have balance issues and core workouts will apparently help me with that. I can't even do one legged squats because I fall over. I can DO them, I just can't keep my balance. I get to about 3 and then it's all see you in the fall, have a nice trip.
