Belated progress report: Worse than expected
started at June:1 @ 195, family dinners + finals for a year will do that shit.
Current progress end of June: 187
Eating right (some junk but far out weighed by fresh/homecooked meals), and some activity: walking and cutting out artifical sugars almost entirely. Can't avoid that shit, its in everything.
Main factors: Stress is WAY down, getting sleep. Like all time low, cut down on the saturday/sunday family binges we call the all day family gatherings.
Next step: regular exercise, further diet improvement
20-30 minute workout including a mile run/walk 2-3 times a week seems like a decent start. Probably be longer than due to me being completely fucking out of shape. Maybe going totally vegetarian, but i doubt it. But cutting out fatty/unnecessary meats when there's better veggie food available.
