I want to see Dog lay a Diamond Cutter on a perp.
This was the last week I was able to exercise before I got hurt. I weigh 160 now.
One of these days I'll be back. Fucking drives me apeshit that I have to sit around/stay in bed all day. Sometimes I go out in the alley and wheel myself up and down the block, but it makes me depressed before it makes me tired.
My bike is my motivation. Once I get it fixed I'll be posting in here again, don't you worry, Kidnemo. But that video is awesome.
I haven't been physically capable of exercise since August. This past month I've been on bedrest or occasionally out and about in a wheelchair. Hard to maintain what is a very difficult weight for me to maintain without being able to do a single bit of exercise.
I know that I'll be back to where I want to be in no time once I'm up and about. Its still really depressing right now.
I have been doing pretty well. I am down to 145 now and I have ten more pounds to lose. I did the entire couch 2 5k plan and I can run 3 miles without stopping and I do so about 4 times a week. I need to start incorporating strength training now.

I still want to get into shape. Sprinted to catch a bus today and dear god it shouldn't have winded me to much. Curse the new bike + winter weather problem.
