That issue had me stoked as well. The game does look pretty cool in the video.

False, this looks good a proper survival horror game has been long over due.Quote:
and even then they aren't THAT good
This looks like a weirdo hybrid of Doom 3, System Shock 2, and Resident Evil 4. I'm interested but there's no way I'm going to buy it before playing it.
Ok, this game needs some TNL love. I'm throwing out the challenge now. This game, at least based on E3 demos, will be better than RE5.
Discuss.
Is this game still very, very brown?
Kind of a tangent, but did you play RE5 at E3? Did it have the rumoured FPS-style dual-analogue control?
The digital comics were pretty cool, but the game trailer didn't do anything for me.
That makes me feel better. I remember the original video just showed brown, sienna, and brownish-orange. I really like the ideas they have, and seeing poo colors everywhere would dampen my Lifeless Area experience. I might just buy this now.
One of the big gimmicky things about the games display is that the character has this holographic imager that kind of projects things around him, so there's a lot of eerie glowing lights and such. I mean it's not what I would describe as "colorful" but it's far from the washed-out tan of RE5.
