You are correct, however which is easier for a Lock starting out at 70 and worried about gear? And most guilds that are downing Hex have downed Vashj as well if they have the right group make up.Quote:

Theres three pairs of decent legs from Badges alone. That alone makes your argument flacid. Every pair of pants under Spellstrike on the list I posted a few posts up is only under by less than 5 dps.
