We definitely need podcasts. I have a humor-oriented retro-gaming thing I do, and hopefully we can get some podkasts going, but if anyone is genuinely interested in doing a show, let us know.
how big of a focus will there be on GFW and PC hardware?
Hey all...
You know, I really don't even know where to begin. The word "overwhelming" comes to mine when I look through these responses; really puts a smile on my face (and I am sure Nick is beaming right now too)
I just wanted to say that I am extremely pleased that we're finally going to make the long-awaited 4.0 project a reality. More importantly, a HUGE thank you goes out to Nick, Travis, Bacon, koda, cka and EACH and EVERY one of you. Really. Without any of you, none of this would be possible.
Travis said it best about the "battle being lost to TNL". This is my original home. The past several years have been a huge learning experience appreciating the value of community and finishing what you've started. The new TNL will encompass everything that's made TNL one of the coolest sites on the web; there is no comparison. Period.
I am also glad to see so much support to assist us on the technical and editorial end too. With the amount of expected growth that will come from the relaunch, having our old-school TNL members and a fresh new set of talent will definitely be needed. Sure, we're going to be selective, the fact you want to help definitely says a lot about why this is the place many of us call the home away from home.
We know you'll love the new design and direction that intends to live up to TNL's legacy. It will definitely be a fitting nod to our old credo that the next level begins here.
Thanks again.
Good to seeya back Chris. :)
