Finished up the single player. Overall it was a solid experience, but that's mostly because of the engine and gameplay mechanics that Infinity Ward nailed down.
MUCH better than CoD3, like a million times better, but still not up to par with CoD4's SP mode. There was really only one memorable moment for me, which was in the last level where you are storming that building in Berlin. The scale in that part was pretty fucking epic. The airplane turret part was a blatant rip off of the 'eye in the sky' part of CoD4, and was literally zero fun in comparison. And I will give it to Treyarch, they made the flamethrower a lot of fun.
Now I'm going to invest some good time into the multiplayer. And I'm down to try out this Nazi Zombies shit anytime someone else wants to play. I made it to wave 7 by myself and wasn't impressed, but I feel like it could be a lot of fun with more than 1 person.
