The only thing not 100% expected in there is the 8-bit graphics.
But that does rock hard.

Maybe I'll change my mind when I see screen shots, but I'm not digging this 8-bit graphics thing. It just feels like Capcom doesn't want to put any work into updating the graphics, so they're taking the easy way out and calling it a feature/homage.

And Nash, the 4-color tile 320 x 240 look can be really freakin' awesome when you combine it with oodles of parallax, more sprites than the NES could handle, more total colors than the NES could handle, more tile variety than the NES could hold in ram, no slowdown, no flicker, etc.
Some homebrews do it. It looks retro yet "ideal".
So would I. And it beats the pants off the original MM1 boxart.

God christ, I've been looking at that boxart for about 20 years that shit is still unbelievable to me. Its a miracle that there was ever a MM2.
