It sucks for the consumer but they know that Mega Man fans on average are the most likely to cough up money for anything with the name on it. It's why there are three trillion games in the franchise.Quote:

Demos hardly give you a full level, let alone a handful of them. And judging by how well Spore's Creature Creator did at $10 (and now free, how funny), people are even ok with paying for constitutes as a demo, granted there's enough depth in it to make an interesting experience that feels fleshed out or finished.
As for XBL and its restrictions - devs could always release it themselves. People keep saying XBox is just an underpowered PC - so why not abuse this great connection?
It's pretty pointless to keep up argument for the sake of argument. I know there's good reason to hold your stance and that I'm not going to change your mind or prove you right. But I am trying to show you that the other side has just as much common-sense grounding, or moreso than one would give credit to.
Probably about 90% of the time a demo is a level. Yes, from start to finish. Not often the first level, but yes, they almost always do when applicable. Racing games usually have one or two tracks with a few modes, and some like Braid offer more than usual. Seriously, go check out a demo sometime. Really. You'll be surprised.Spore Creature Creator was also outsold by the Ikea expansion for Sims. That doesn't make it right, a good idea, or that we should encourage such nonsense.Quote:

XBL works through MS' servers - As in: Nothing is on XBL that is not being specifically handed out and allowed by MS. There is no way for developers to release things themselves.Quote:

I haven't said Capcom should've charged more in the first place and I haven't said the extras should be free, what I said was that the prices they're putting that stuff up for is ridiculous. So no, I don't see what common sense has to do with paying double the amount for a game for stuff that's generally included for free.Quote:

Is that title of the real fourth installment? It's on PC like Bionic Commando I hope.
I thought it was an epic two-player battle against alien forces, for use with a vagina.
