Marvel Animation Series Coming to DVD

As you may or may not be aware, Disney currently holds the rights to several of Marvel's animation series including the '90s X-Men and Spider-Man series. Disney has no plans to ever release these on DVD. However, Liberation Entertainment in the UK has gained the distribution rights to finally release these series in full.

That's pretty stupid. I personally wouldn't buy them, but I'm sure plenty of people would.

The only one that interests me is Spiderman and his Amazing Friends.

Also: I want the Spiderman cartoon that was aired on MTV. I really dug that show.

I want to watch the one where the X-Men guest starred. I remember Prof. X was having a birthday party and Juggernaut crashed it. I also remember Wolverine having this ridiculous Cockney accent for some weird reason.

It was more Ultimate Spiderman than the movie. Also, it was closer to comic than the Comic was at the time. Remember this was around the time of that whole "Totem" storyline by Stryzinski ... ughh.

I had that on VHS, lol. I think that ep had to do with the origin of Firestar.

Radvocate: Similar to Ultimate on paper, sure. Doesn't make it a good or watchable show, though.
