Fucking Bioware. I'm going to end up buying this.
Yeah their goal was to return to Bioware's roots, so it's a Baldur's gate type game, which is why I wanted to track down that.
I caved though I want the pre-order bonus and honestly I'm just plain excited about this game.
Though the whole pre-order thing urks me in conjunction with Steam, they'er not changing any code or anything and I want to play the game now :( Not on a fucking Tuesday. What is the deal with mid week releases anyways?
Traditionally, tuesday is probably the biggest day of the week for game releases. It always seemed a bit strange to me too.
But yeah, I'm getting pretty damn excited now that this is right around the corner.
Should I pre-order and get the Amazon goodies now, even though I won't play it til after Christmas? Or just wait and buy it when I have time to play (and it may be cheaper too)?
found this on another site:

Flash game that allows you to unlock three exclusive items to use in Dragon Age Origins when you get the game.
The PC manual is here if you're interested: http://akamai.cdn.ea.com/eadownloads...GE/Manuals.zip
Most of the information applies to consoles as well.
What annoys me is that now that I've pre-ordered Dragonsage, I can't see the timer on Steam to know whe nit becomes available.

Here's the Eurogamer review giving it an 8/10 with some really valid complaints, people are whining about it but it sounds like a reasonable series of complaints and things I expect to be honest.
This game runs beautifully on my pc. The models aren't the greatest but the environments look fantastic.
The Dwarf-commoner opening was fucking GREAT. I think I'm going to be a Duelist.
Ugh I can't believe I have to wait till noon (or 1?) for this game, steam needs to fix that shit.
Also I'm messing around witht he whole stats online stuff. Is this a windows live game btw?
