Cable?

Is it just me, or has HBO gotten really bad lately too? I was somehow signed up for the HBO service and not the Cinemax/Showtime/Starz, or whatever all the other movie channels are, and the HBO channels show the OLDEST shit. I'll turn on HBO and see crap like "My Cousin Vinny" and other late 80s/early 90s movies all the time. Meanwhile, most of the other movie channels at least play some semi-newer movies. Whats the point of paying for a movie channel if they show the same shit that the free local channels show? At least my girl gets to watch "Bare Naked Desires" on Showtime...LOL :)

No cable here, but football season is coming up so I'll probably be getting it again then.

The only reason to get HBO is their original programming, and that's kind of on a down swing for the next year or so.
