Master was actually the one that set it up. I don't think the idea really took off either; personally I thought it sounded a lot better than it actually turned out being. Also, Criticom's e-self-esteem doesn't seem to be high enough for that. He's scared of rejection. :(
I have TNL Clan on my list...but I also have most of them on my list anyway.
I have nearly 100 people on my list, but there are some that I have not played with for months, if ever. A majority of people on my list are TNL folks.
