But mooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom I want it now!
i am letting it heal, it really only takes about a week for things to heal up, the main thing to worry about is not letting your newly inked skin dry out, that's when things scab up and that's when you lose your color.
I'll be fine, I do this stuff all the time. Also I am rushing a little because there is a big tattoo convention coming around the end of next month called Hell City and my friend and I wanna enter some of the work he's put on me, to see if we can win any awards :)
Sounds like a great way to win awards.
Thanks?
Totally. Rush through work that's going to be on you forever just so you can show it off to other people. Sounds like a great plan.
Take your time.
I can't believe your 'friend' at the shop would sign off on this.
I've been getting tattoos for 13 years and I still don't have a full sleeve done. I force myself to think about a design for a year after it first comes up. If it still seems like a good idea, I get it.
Not everybody works this way, but I am glad that I do. I've had some bad ideas...

Best idea. No regrets.
I'm not really rushing through anything, I'm going back to get more added to my sleeve next week, I'm not going over the stuff I already have and everything is healing nicely btw.
the dude is one of my best friends that I've know for a long time and has been tattooing for an even longer time, my dude is all pro. I'm sure if he thought something bad would happen he wouldn't do it and if something needs to be touched up then we can make sure it's all handled before the convention.
i don't get why you are being so fussy about it
