So that game install feature if it means no more need for disks would actually save my 360, since my DVD drive is dying it seems. And for that I might just get a new hard drive, over priced though it is.
But Microsoft wouldn't do that. Too many ways to just rent a game and then install it without buying it.
But supposedly you still need the disc. Like I said though, I think it's to good to be true...I have 90 GB left, too ;(

It says it still needs the DVD in there to make sure you have it. I suppose it checks that the disc is there and then stops reading it after that.Quote:

A few of those XBLA games did look really good. I love Geo Wars, and I think that the new Galaga has a lot of potential.

I was a little bit underwhelmed by the RE5 footage (though I guess it's about on-par with what I was expecting), and a bit disappointed in what we saw of Fallout 3... I'm a huge Fallout fan, and I really, really (really) want to like this new one... I'll buy it for the PC either way, but-- man, the combat doesn't look so hot to me. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that one.
16:10 support makes me forgive MS for every other idiocy committed today.
