Bud is one of the worst domestic brews imo.
Budweiser sucks complete balls in terms of beer quality. However losing a top shelf American company like this is a bit alarming.
I heard about this last week. It was basically combine companies for their price or go through a hostile takeover. Everyone in Missouri (I think) is really really pissed about it.
