Another beautiful weekend, another set of trails.
This time, the Air-line trail in East Hampton, CT.

i like it when you post pictures, wildkat. you should post pictures.
I'm apparently hitting a bike trail tomorrow with my boyfriend. Hope it doesn't suck!
it'll be fun! trails are a lot of fun!
We did 14 miles today. The trail was pretty nice (paved) and it will look gorgeous in the fall when the cornfields are up and the trees are colorful. Pretty dang fun!
I rode that entire trail today. 30 some miles. I felt fine until the last 4 miles, and then I wanted to die. My medicine or the heat or whatever just kicked my ass to the ground. I had to stop and rest on a bench every mile or so. About a mile and a half away from my car, I laid down dizzy and was woken up fifteen minutes later by someone else on the trail, asking if I was okay.
I also passed my old professor I worked for right before my car, and it didn't click until I was already gone who he was. Emailed him to apologize for not responding, whoops.
Despite feeling like crap right now, it's the good kind of crap!
you should try that on a fixed gear!
Why?
because you'll be spinning the whole time and you can't rely on a lower gear. it's more exercise!
