It took you guys this long to notice? FOX was running with it early Friday. Russ was picked up Friday at Larry North's Gym and then released when he posted bail. Pretty sure he was at the Police & Fire Bowling for Pins event on Saturday, I didn't bother to stop by 300 after Dan's show.
Russ isn't on the air because Tim Powers convinced Russ that going on the air to give his side isn't a good idea until it's over with. His official word that he'll let go out is that what is reported/in the warrant isn't what really happened at the home. Everything else I know I have to bite my tongue on for now.
BTW, I think Russ cut back on the roids since since his bodybuilding producer moved on to doing promotions for that crappy stripjoint and his doc who would supply basically any pills is on the outs with all of the treehouse crew. He's been running Wellbutrin steady for at least a week before all of this went down.
I didn't hear about this, until Cindy Skull mentioned it on The Bone. She was playing it off, as if it might be a radio stunt.
I guess Skull and Miguel are off of the air at that station, and after doing a little research, it would appear that Puggs & Kelly are taking over their slot.

Yep, P&K supposedly had a 5 year lock in a major market due some lawsuit/contract stunt they pulled against their station in Chicago. They apparently bailed before the station dropped them here. I don't miss them.
Middays is open until a national search is over. Whoever gets it, I hope it isn't BDH + Eric. I can't stand his "Lame Ass Circus" show that talks about nothing but MMA fighting and how he "knows" D-list celebs.

Back on target, it's such a great mug shot. IIRC, when CBS posted their copy of the warrant, only Mandy's ("Amy") name was removed. The house address and Russ' driver's license number were still included. Crack coverage by the same company that owns the station Russ is on.

P&K are sucking mornings on The Bone, BDH will be filling middays through the 22nd, and the new midday show is: Ben & Skin. Yep, Gavin proves once again he really doesn't know or do jack as 105.3 gets another The Ticket refugee to suck on the airways. Thank god The Bone is almost solid rock music from 11-3 until Russ comes on.

The Bone is starting to put together a better rotation of music now. I was a bit shocked when I'd heard bands like Velvet Revolver getting a spin on the station. The ironic twist is that Cindy Skull was talking about how early music from the 90's should get more playtime, since it's now old enough to be considered Classic Rock. Somebody needed to liven up the music they were playing, since the Eagle came back around.Quote:

Live 105.3 jumped formats today from Alternative Talk to All Sports as 105.3 The Fan. Great, another lame sports radio station in Dallas. The Ticket and ESPN sucked enough without adding to the pile. Pugs & Kelly have been giddy for the last two days. They even hyped BDH being on today, but BDH's "knowledge" is basically jack n shit about everything despite their teasers for it.
I got off work early yesterday, so I didn't know about the change. I wasn't until today, when I got an emergency repair ticket late in the afternoon, that I found out about it. I flipped on 105.3 and was wondering why Ben and Skin were on the radio. The moment they'd talked about the format change, I quickly switched to The Bone to see it they had anything to say.
