$30 = Day one
Sweeet. I had suspected that this was going to make it over here, since D3 showed it at several trade shows, but I'm glad that this is confirmed. Now I'm definitely not going to bother with the Wii game.
I've been waiting for this game to come out in the States for a long time.
Is it any good? Anyone play the import (if it was released)?
This video is no longer available.
Oneechanbara kind of sucks, unless they've done major renovations to it since the PS2 version I got to play. But it's bikini-girls fighting the undead, so it's got its fans. I'd love the glorious cheesiness of it more if it had the gameplay to back up the concept.

Every chick in that trailer is fucking butt-ugly.
I hear the Onechanbara movie wasn't too good.
so it's a faithful translation then
The basic gameplay of the series has always been good, and it throws a ton of enemies at you, but there's pretty much no level design so the repetitive nature kills it.

don't buy this game
It's got women fighting zombies, and that's going to get more than a few sales just because of concept alone. It's crap, but appealing crap. There's really no point in telling people not to bother, they're just not going to listen.
