I can't offer any advice to the problem other than get to an ENT asap. It sounds like whatever happens in your head when you get dizzy started up and won't stop or simple motion accelerates the dizzy feeling to a level that would take a lot of motion to achieve. When you wake up, you may be tossing and turning in your sleep, greatly enhancing the effect. It may just be fluid.
