Also, the crime that landed the person on death row as well as their final words is listed on this site.
I always said I would order a big greasy fat ass feast but who the hell knows if I would even be hungry knowing I was just about to die.

Someone made a thread about this ages ago. I actually tried to find it at one point and I think the link to the article was dead. So, good timing here.
I heard they don't actually get what they request, the chef just cobbles together an approximation from whatever they have in the prison. So if someone wanted salmon they'd get fish sticks or something.
