I discovered an Italian restaurant today in my area that serves an all you can eat buffet for 10 bucks. I had 5 plates today. This is going to make me fat. This is how it begins I think. The fatness. The food is ungodly god. All sauces and dishes made right there in the back. (including deserts like tiramisu) Well if I'm going to let myself go it might as well be on something like this. No more regiments and salads for lunch for me. This is all I want.

As an experiment, I made root vegetable risotto with carrots and radishes. I also added copious amounts of chicken stock and beurre fondue. It turned out great: rich, colorful, and surprisingly sweet.
That looks disgusting, but I know it doesn't. You need more lighting.
