Recipe:
hefty slices of leftover turkey
slice of cheese
yummy bread
mayo
Directions:
place slice of cheese over mass of turkey
put in microwave on high for one minute
while that is cooking, apply mayo to yummy bread with knife
remove hot turkey/cheese concoction from microwave
use knife to lift turkey onto bread (cuz it's hot)
put other slice of yummy bread on top
sit down in front of TNL and devour
win
Made a Pumpkin Cheesecake for Thanksgiving with fresh pumpkins. Turned out amazing, I'd never had a homemade cheesecake so moist before. Topped it off with some freshly whipped cream.

I only just came around to them to the point that I could stomache them. I really hated cranberries for a long time. I still don't really like cranberry sauce. It's not just the tartness, it's the wierd coppery tartness at the very end of the taste.
Plus the other option to put on your turkey meat is GRAVY so the choice is made for me.
