What's weird is I see that kind of talk a lot while playing MMOs, which FFXII plays similar to. I don't understand it in the slightest.

i get really upset when people hate FFXII... why... why do we live in a world like this.

I could see someone more used to the 16 bit games not liking XII, but liking X and not liking XII is lunacy.

The 16-bit games aren't as good as FFXII, though. Not even FFIV, the best game, is better than FFXII.

FFVI just gets worse every time i try to play it. I don't know why people regard that crap so highly. It's BORING. BAD. It's like a BAD version of FFVII.

12 kind of falls apart in the last third. I love it to death before that, though.

Find a way to play the Zodiac International version if you haven't!

12 gets better in the last 1/3rd because that's where you stop really caring about the story and it becomes The Adventures of Fran, Balthier, and Penelo running around finding crazy crap that the game never shows you otherwise. Also the last 1/3rd is four times as long as the first 2/3rds.
