The combat looks pretty bleh, but man if those graphics aren't adorably charming. I will probably buy this just for the style.
I gave this a whirl at AX. What you see is what you get. It's funny because the other people I saw playing it were all trying their hardest to run away from random battles. Even after a couple minutes... they'd just had enough. When your whole game revolves around something players will actively try to avoid... that says something.
Naturally I pre-ordered the Wizard edition. Came to like $120 with shipping and tax.
If the Playstation Store ever updates today, a demo of this will be there.
