I liked Shining Force 1 & 2 a lot. Every time a Shining something is announced, I get a little excited. Every time a Shining game is released, that excitement dies a little more.

I am a fan of the Summon Night series, and that's pretty much their whole portfolio, but I don't think they should be touching a Shining game. I can't even think of a developer that could resurrect the series. Capcom maybe?
