Seriously, though, Kaneda, there'll be others. Don't let this affect or cloud your judgement, that first breakup's always tough, especially if the breakup happens to be with the woman you've 'been' with for the first time.
If she saw this thread and she felt emotionally distraught, I don't mean to sound cold or anything, but, well, now she knows how YOU feel. Guys form emotional attachments too, and we're prone to be affected by them just as much as the fairer sex is. They don't have a monopoly on all the non-agressive emotions or something, we feel the pain too.
So don't feel bad man, you just wanted to talk about this with some people you feel close to. Its what we all do, we seek solace in places and with people we feel comftorable, whether it be in the Real World, or the "WiReD". Nothing's worse than keeping it bottled up inside, it eats you inside out, for real.

Seriously though, it sounds like you'll be much better off without her.
She sounds like a reckless fuck up of a kid, but she probably has her reasons. I'm sure her life isn't very peachy, and she's trying to fix it in the only way she knows how. The problem is that her methods of feeling good hurt those around her.
If you stayed with her, you'd probably not only feel bad from all of the shit she throws at you, but you'd also put shit on yourself when you delve into her reasons for sadness. Seeing people you care about all fucked up is depressing to say the least, and when two people get together, their sadness multiplies between one another.
I may have just repeated what someone else said, but reading it twice can't hurt.

Well love can be great or it can be harsh, things could be much worse trust me... at least it wasn't someone who you had been seeing for sometime.
Shit happens and all you can do is learn from it and get on with life, find the best in it and don't let it get you down because there is alot more out there for you :)
Kaneda, I don't know you very well, but I'm sorry you had to go through something like this. Corny as it sounds, chalk it up to experience and move on. There are lots of women out there who are Users and Takers - be glad you had a relatively uncomplicated experience at a young age. My dad is getting royally screwed by his new "girlfriend" even though he doesn't see it, and the guy's almost sixty. It's harder to face the older you get.
If it's any consolation, my first experience was pretty ugly as well.
A girl I was totally in love with screwed me major (literally and figuratively), using me as a test to see if she really loved her Real Boyfriend, while hiding it from me.
One more thing - you will eventually meet the right girl (or girls, if you're lucky) and if your TNL Week in Review is any indication - and I think it is - you're a great guy, and I'm privileged to know you.

Take a step back and realize that when you find someone worthy of your attention and devotion, the girls you guys thought you were really into meant nothing to you. Trust me, time heals all wounds.
