I was thinking more along the lines of a game like Culdcept, where you had a waiting period, before you made a move.

I don't really snack while playing games, but I'd vote for Mahjong Toryumon on 360. Take your turn first, then grab a bite while the 3 CPU players make their next move. Just watch out for when it's your turn again- there's a time limit to discard your next tile, or steal tiles from another player's discard.
For some reason every time I play Crazy Taxi I crave Pizza Hut and KFC.
