So I've been playing Counter Strike for the past week or so and there's about 30 people give or take that still play the game. I finally got a headset and the only reason they all play it is because its a Backwards-compatible game for 360.
So I'm wondering if anyone know of games that people still play over live that are on the original Xbox.
I think I remember some of the members talking about Phantom Dust.
Halo 2? Phantom Dust is pretty much dead. You can try to arrange some matches at http://xboxphreaker.com/ 's forum I guess. Some people still play 3rd Strike online. And I wouldn't doubt that people are playing Chaos Theory's multiplayer, though I never tried that one..
I still play Halo 2 occasionally. I tried playing Phantom Dust, but got bored when there was no one to play with.
I really want to play CvS 2 online...
If I knew people still played CvS2 online I'd try and track a copy down.
I completley forgot about the SF Anniversary disk. Hmm, might have to go on a journey.
People don't, I would like to though.

Halo 2 still has a pretty big following. Same with Star Wars Battlefront 2. You will almost always find a match in Street Fighter 3. CVS2 doesnt work on 360, I wish it did. Theres so many dead online games that i miss on xbox - like Outrun 2, KOF, and Sam Sho V.
He's using an OG Xbox to play judging by the thread and his Gamertag profile. So not being BC isn't a reason as long as the game gets online play. If he had a 360, there'd be a ton of cheap games he can buy and XBLA if he wanted gaming on the cheap.
