EA, Throwin' Down the Ban Stick
If you get banned on their forums, you're banned from their games and vice versa.

EA's new rule: Get banned from EA forums and you will be banned from EA games

A new policy will see EA simultaneously ban people from both the forums and EA games. So for example, if you have SPORE or Red Alert 3 and get banned from the forums or in-game, then your SPORE/Red Alert 3 account will be banned too. EA say this is all part of plan to make people play nice and act mature.

Your forum account will be directly tied to your Master EA Account, so if we ban you on the forums, you would be banned from the game as well since the login process is the same. And you'd actually be banned from your other EA games as well since its all tied to your account. It's all one in the same, so I strongly reccommend people play nice and act mature.
All in all, we expect people to come on here and abide by our ToS. We hate banning people, it makes our lives a lot tougher, but its what we have to do.
