Well, I looked all over but didn't see one :(

And it wouldn't matter because with Amazon Marketplace purchases the seller doesn't always include a receipt. It would basically be up to the seller to remember the note.

EDIT: I just tested it. The text box only shows up if I were to buy, say, Elite Beat Agents from Amazon.com and not someone selling it used.







Maybe I should just PM everybody. What do you guys do?
