Congrats, shidoshi. I probably won't buy Persona 4 as it sounds too similar to the previous game (which was cool but way too long and the social links didn't affect the game how I wanted them to) but I'll give this a read.
You can add Fallout 3 to the exception list. It's a short game if you're not doing too many sidequests.Quote:

Although I do draw the line at 80-100 hour games. I have something resembling the life of a normal human to not dig into those real deep. I usually give up on them about 60-70 hours in. With Dragon Quest I make exceptions, but even then it can be a stretch. I quit a 2nd playthrough of DQ8 70 hours in.
I have time for them, and I have a 1.5 hour commute home from work 1 way. I usually play 2 hours a day around 3 days a week, with marathon sessions on the weekends. Takes me about a month to beat a 40-50 hour game. 2 or more months to beat a 60-100 hour game.
Melf and kingoffighters are both married and have children, and they have two of the higher gamerscores on TNL.Quote:
