It'll even let you import your old, MyNintendo account and acknowledge all of your old registered games!
...and give you no coins for them!
Wait, I thought all your entered stuff was suppose to count. Can I at least re-enter them under a new account and get the coins for them?
If the European Club Nintendo is anything to go by, this is a waste of time. Collect coins, wait months on end to use them on something that isn't a wallpaper, watch them expire. A good deal pops up now and then only to be gone in the first five minutes. I really can't see this as anything to care about until Nintendo proves otherwise.
Of course, like all European gaming companies, Nintendo is 20 times more retarded than its US counterpart. Near as I can tell, European gaming companies hate both their customers and money.

there's good stuff here
Just a note - the site is getting hammered to all hell, and seems a bit buggy anyhow, so I would recommend (a) not adding any new games tonight and (b) not expecting any credit for your previously-registered games.
Give it a day or two, and if things still seem odd with your account, give Nintendo a call.

Wow, my second paragraph holds true, then. I've got to admit to being surprised, that's some pretty decent swag there.
Of course, being able to stay logged in for longer than 10 seconds at a pop wouldn't hurt. Yeah, I think I'll wait a bit to follow up on this beyond initial registration. Apparently I've had an account since 2003. I've no idea what's registered on it any more.

I think you are -- I got nothing for my previously registered stuff, and tried re-registering some items and it wouldn't let me. I did find 2 Wii games I hadn't registered before though, so I have a whopping 100 points. WHOOPEEE
