Yeah, yeah, Crysis has been on Steam for a few months now. But that had more to do with Crytek than EA.

Anyway, it looks like EA is finally on board.

I am vary excited for this! The new stuff is nice but EA's back catalog is fucking awesome.

edit: Oh and the first STALKER is on sale for $5 for the weekend. Get that too.

If Dead Space comes out at a competetive price, there's no excuse not to get it. I personally would prefer the console version but any version of it is better than none.

Get a wired 360 controller and it's exactly the same as the console port. Except with ridiculous resolutions + almost no load times + 60 FPS. I'd take that over some console exclusive jackass costumes and pay-for weapon skins any day.

No, I agree, but to me Dead Space was more about the ambience than the technical capabilities. I had the surround sound cranked to full in a darkened den for maximum effect when I played it on 360.

Surround sound has only been available on PCs for a decade. I can understand the confusion.

Sure Yoshi, come on over to my house and rig it up in my work room where my PC is located, since you seem to know everything about my situation. And STFU while you're at it.

I'm sure Google can tell you how to plug 5 speakers in if you're really stuck.
