Started on Mirror's Edge. So far decent, but good thing that we are renting it. Cause while some of the gameplay is fun, it doesnt have enough variety for a full $60 price tag. Also, while I love environments and style, the story and some of the presentation kinda blows. It has some cool sense of speed and flow as long as you on the move.
Just running away all the time from the enemies got boring fast, so we instead play with the added challenge to actually kill off most of the enemies that come at you, and that what makes the gameplay more fun.
I picked up Fantavision for four bucks new. You guys are right, it's awesome.

We need another one, but this is PS3-era Sony we're living in now so there goes that idea.
I was playing Eternal Sonata but I had to stop, that game is just fucking terrible. It's getting traded in. I started Tales of Vesperia and in the one hour I have played it, it's already ten times more awesome and the writing is like Shakespeare compared to ES. Good graphics too.
Finally started Gears of War 2, more of the same awesome stuff, I went ahead started on the hardest available difficulty. How long is the game?
ES really let me down, I thought the whole Chopin/composer thing was cool but everything else really sucked it hard.Quote:
