I have a very low Body Fat %, am 36 and still feel aches and pains from getting older. Some of it is from actions (30 years of football and, while I haven't had any serious knee injuries, they hurt a lot more these days), but most of the time it's just from getting old.
Shit just hurts more and things like tendonitis last a hell of a lot longer than in the old days. You'll be able to do and lift more if you are in shape, but the idea that it's going to eliminate the aches and pains of getting older just isn't true.
