I just heard on the radio today that an Oregon farmer found unapproved Monstanto wheat in his field. It's curious because Monsanto stopped working on the wheat years ago and never submitted it for approval.
That's the problem with this stuff. Excel source code can't inadvertently drift into LibreOffice the way these GMO foods can go where they are not wanted.
I also found it funny that the USADA said that eating the wheat (because, for all we know, this stuff is in the food supply and has been for years) poses no safety risks. Umm, isn't that what the approval process is for?
