Interesting article on bureaucratic efficiency. I don't know anyone who has had a problem getting or renewing a passport, even expedited or one-day services.
This whole Bradley Manning and Snowden situation is such bullshit. Dems 2002-2008: Bush is manipulating terror alerts for political benefit! 2009-present: suggesting terror alerts are political is insanity! It's so insane to me that someone who tells the truth and blows the whistle on things that encroach on democracy so unilaterally had to flee to RUSSIA for protection.

Probably. The number of lower middle class to poor Americans getting passports to go to Canada is probably a minority among people using the service.
I wonder if poor canadians get annoyed by all the Lexus, Mercedes, and BMWs with american license plates they see at malls in Canada the way I do when I see the same cars with canadian plates at Buffalo malls.
