We have mother fuckers already doing shit that is a felony, and most of them think they have a right to do it. They always have some kind of rationale.
They only way to seriously impact that is by making the penalties for any kind of stealing so harsh people are terrified to even try it.
I'd rather not live in that world but I guess some people would.
Serious question, how many people have been sent to jail for 5 years or fined $250,000 for downloading a movie?
I have no idea but if that was changed to life in prison or death (and enforced publicly), the number of IP thefts would go significantly down.
