But don't pretend the right doesn't lie to the poor and lower middle class. What about all those hot button issues they lie about every campaign season? Abortions still here. Gay marriage is marching forward. Prayer and God isn't back in the class room. My Gun rights aren't stronger. My taxes are just as high as they ever were. My government is more powerful than ever. The right really hasn't done a fucking thing said they would.

Right, but that's in no way in opposition to what I said above. Poor people don't vote to "bring down the rich and powerful." The rich are at zero risk from either party, because they're running both of them. It's the middle class that gets nailed by stupid shit like raising the minimum wage.
