I think the problem here is we see BIG MONEY and no idea exactly what is going to be done. I know, building stuff, doing stuff, stuffing stuff, but we the Murricans need to hear Robama say, "Hay guys, i got ch'all some extra Benjamins!", or whatever the universally understood slang would be.
