Most of his policies are to return to the base of decentralized, big government where possible and privatization. And upholding the "constitution" as the founding rules of government. The right to privacy, the right to make choices free from government interference, the right to due process (whether you're labeled a terrorist or not) and additionally habeas corpus. Things that have been stripped away by the Bush administration under the guise of security and passed on to the current administration with no change in stance whatsoever. I do realize the 14th Amendment gives a lot of room as to what constitutes Federal rights vs. States rights.

The Patriot Act is a horrible thing. It stands as a monument to the fact that the Republican party is a bunch of two face liars. For the past 30 or more years they have run on the platforms of antisocialism and anti-big government.

The Patriot Act is one of the most socialist and big government things ever put into motion. Government doesn't get any more corrupt and evil than the Patriot act.

There are pro's and con's for any doctor in taking Medicare patients or privately insured patients.

Medicare patients save you money on administrative costs, because they always pay out quickly and without a fight (even though you keep insisting they don't pay some doctors at all, which would make any doctor the biggest retard in the world for working for them). Privately insured patients will pay the doctor a better rate, but some carriers are notoriously difficult to get payment from - so you would also need some administrative help to deal with the many insurance companies.

If you are already spending a lot of money on people to make phone calls, there's no real reason to take Medicare/Medicaid patients
